Location: Seafront & Palace Pier
Brighton’s award-winning seafront is at the end of the road and is visible from the front of the property. Brighton Palace Pier is a ten-minute walk, where hours of fun are guaranteed in the arcades and on the rides.
A perfect way to spend an afternoon in Brighton is with some retail therapy in The Lanes. Here you will find a wide variety of both vintage and modern shops to explore.
You can immerse yourself in Brighton’s nightlife by sampling a few of the many cocktail bars, restaurants and nightclubs that are a short walk or taxi ride from this house. Alternatively, you can relax in the comfort of your accommodation with activities that will come to you. A private chef can cater for you with a sumptuous meal, or you can enjoy Naked Butlers and cheeky cocktails in the fantastic house.

Features mermaid wallpaper. This gorgeous room sleeps 4, with a triple bunk bed and single bed. This floor has its own bathroom with a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.
Ground Floor - Kitchen/Dining Room
The dining table comfortably seats 16 with bench seating and is a great communal place to enjoy a meal with a group of friends. Both the kitchen and dining room have a fresh and vibrant feel.
First Floor - Sea Views
The Seashell Room: Features a double bed that sleeps 2 people.
The Mermaid Salon: A luxuriously spacious living room finished elegantly with feature wallpaper and artwork. There is a corner sofa bed to sleep 2 guests and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 guest. This room also benefits from a stunning view of the sea.
Second Floor - Dressing Area
The Aquamarine Room: Comprises of a king-size bed and single bed, sleeping a total of 3 guests. This room also boasts a full-length mirror and a dressing table that can sit 4 people. Ideal for getting ready together before a night out! There is another contemporary bathroom on this floor.
Third Floor - The Siren's Nest
The largest room of the house, sleeping 6 guests. It includes a triple bunk bed, a double bed and a further single bed.
