The large garden area would be better described as ‘grounds’ rather than a garden. This large open space is perfect for lounging around and appreciating the unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside.
The huge decking area has been designed and built with parties in mind, with the large, **Covered Pergola** being a particular highlight. This excellent covered social space includes comfy sofas and some amazing pub-style games for when things get competitive, including **Table Tennis**, a **Pool Table**, and a **Darts Board**.
Better still, it’s all under cover, so you can even enjoy a game or two if the rain comes. There is even a bar area to ensure refreshment is always on hand, and the built-in open fire and outdoor lighting mean you can party well into the cooler nighttime hours.
Hot Tub & Hanging Firepit
There is a hot tub area that contains a state-of-the-art **Hot Tub** and plenty of deck chairs and garden furniture to lounge around in. There’s even an amazing hanging firepit/barbecue if you fancy warming those cooler evenings or enjoying a bit of al fresco dining.
Open Plan Living with Sky Sports
Throughout the house, you’ll notice the modern and colourful interior, perfect for parties. The open-plan lounge diner comes with a large dining table and comfortable sofas. There’s even a keyboard if any of your party fancy tickling the ivories!
The large TV is a popular feature, as it comes loaded with a complete TV package, including **Sky Sports**, so your group can enjoy the big match or a movie night.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
As you would expect with large self-catering accommodation, the kitchen is both spacious and comes equipped with everything your group would need for an easy weekend away. There is a great selection of glassware, dinner sets, and cutlery, so you’ll never be short of the essentials.
The kitchen also contains a vast selection of cookware, ensuring you’ll always have a pan or sieve to hand to help you create a culinary masterpiece (or help your **Private Chef** do it for you!). The large fridge freezer is perfect to keep your supplies cold and drinks refreshing.
Flexible Bedrooms & Cabin
There are four spacious bedrooms in the property, and a **fifth room** can be found in the cabin at the back of the house in the grounds.
All the bedrooms (and cabin) come with good-quality linens, and towels are also provided to help you keep the packing to a minimum. With a guest capacity of up to 20 guests, you can be sure that each one of you gets the perfect night’s rest to recharge your batteries for the festivities ahead.
