Shabby Chic Party House Near Marina
The Shipyard is one of our newest properties offered in Brighton which will not fail to surprise you. This shabby chic stag and hen party house is perfect for any smaller group of up to 10 people.
It even boasts an enclosed patio area like a scene off Love Island and beautiful bi-fold doors to bring in as much light and air as you please, giving this property a bright, airy, yet cosy interior. The décor is simple yet effective with enough small touches to make you feel like you’re on holiday at home.
Location: Near Brighton Marina
This property is perfectly situated only a short walk from Brighton Marina, which is a great place to eat, entertain and shop! Alternatively, you can jump on the bus or walk along the seafront into the city centre and experience Brighton’s pride and joy—The Lanes!
On the way, you can stop and jump on the i360, a once-in-a-lifetime experience to view Brighton in all its glory (recommended for the sunset—you will not regret it!).
Love Island Style Patio & Living
The open planned living and dining area in The Shipyard is the social hub of this property. With bifold doors leading to the gorgeous outdoor patio, this is definitely where you will want to host any party. It is perfect for games night or even bringing in cocktail hosts or private chefs.
The funky lounge area is minimal but most definitely effective, with a stunning bold u-shape yellow couch and stools so that everyone can gather around together or split off. The flat-screen TV mounted on the wall can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofa, dining table, or kitchen!
Chef's Dream Kitchen
The ceiling-to-floor cupboards are designed to ensure the group have more than enough space to store food, drinks, and all necessities needed for a party weekend! With a double oven and induction hob, this kitchen would be any chef's dream.
Boutique Bedrooms
Each bedroom in The Shipyard offers different personality traits, effortlessly luxurious in their own way. Each double room can vary from soft pastels and hints of gold (classy and cosy) to dark and quirky rooms with mood lighting and the odd palm tree for a pop of character. You will not get a property like this elsewhere, so why not visit one of the quirkiest towns in the UK and stay in a house to match!
Luxury Bathrooms & Outdoor Shower
Some of the best features of The Shipyard are found in the bathrooms. The main family bathroom has one of the biggest chrome Free-Standing Baths you would have ever set your eyes on. To submerge in there would cure any hangover.
The property also offers a shower bathroom if the bathtub isn’t your preferred method of washing, and even an Outdoor Shower in the patio for those that are feeling slightly brave! A small downstairs toilet can also be found alongside the living area, so all in all 2.5 bathrooms suit this house down to the ground.
