The House

Kitchen/Diner

The bespoke kitchen is a perfect part of the York Treat experience. It’s got a gorgeous range oven, and a huge dining table which is perfect for you and the girls to catch up as you enjoy an amazing meal. The table itself seats ten, and there is also an island that seats an additional four, meaning that you can all sit down and have a great time with a drink and some food – it’s almost as if someone designed it to sit amongst the very best in hen do party houses.

Lounge

The lounge is beautiful and perfect for you and the hens to relax in. There are amazingly comfortable sofas that you can all relax on – so whether you want to chat with a drink, read a book or watch a film, you’ll be in the height of comfort as you do so.

Bedrooms

This beautiful house has five opulent bedrooms, offering the height of comfort. They’ve even got names, which shows you just how high class a place this is!

Shambles – The smallest room in the house but packed full of character, this would have been the kitchen in the original Georgian house, but now contains two single beds that can be combined to form a superking – so whoever is staying in the room can make that choice!

Minster – This beautifully panelled room has a king sized bed and an open fireplace, three huge sash windows to let the sun in during the day, and a gorgeous chandelier to light the room at night.

Bettys – Another panelled room, this would have been the original master bedroom of the house. With window seats by the two windows to allow you to relax and look out over the city, this is a perfect room to spend some time in.

Barbican – The largest room in the house, this is a twin (where the beds can again be combined into a superking if required) and there is also a velvet sofa bed in the dressing area which can be made up as a third bed. It’s a gorgeous room with exposed timber trusses and a sloping ceiling.

Foss – Again, this room also has a sloping ceiling and exposed trusses (just like Barbican) – it’s also a twin with the ability to transform into a superking, and is a richly decorated, gorgeous room.

Bathrooms

This amazing property for your York hen do party houses five bathrooms, one for each bedroom. These are always located very close to the bedrooms (either next to them or across the hall from them), and they offer a selection of facilities, meaning that there are a total of three shower rooms, and two bathrooms that contain roll top baths – one of which even has a fireplace for the ultimate in relaxation!
