Prime Location: Near Beach & Palace Pier
This Brighton hen do house is situated in the heart of fashionable Kemptown only 100m from the beach. If you walk a little further along you’ll be greeted by Brighton’s famous Palace Pier which is always worth a visit. One of the major selling points for this accommodation (and one of the reasons it’s so popular) is that it also includes parking for 1 car—a rarity in Brighton!
Spread throughout the local vicinity you can expect to find a fantastic selection of independent restaurants, bars, cafes and bistros as well as some more familiar chain restaurants. The famous Lanes area of town is a very brief walk past the pier. Its mazy cobbled streets are home to some amazing independent artisan boutiques offering everything from a bespoke dining experience to vintage clothing.
Further along the promenade, you’ll find the amazing British Airways i360. This giant glass pod with a cocktail bar glides slowly up into the air to a height of 450 feet, giving you unrivalled panoramic views across Brighton city centre. The property benefits from having 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the third. Bathroom one has a bath and a separate shower, and bathroom two has a shower, so there’s minimal waiting around for people to get ready before you head out into Brighton city centre.

The property benefits from a good size kitchen that comes with all the appliances and features you could want for a stag or hen do, as well as all cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
There is a large dining area to seat all guests. The dining area has a convenient serving hatch leading directly to the kitchen to make your meals easy to deliver—and helps the guest who’s on chef duty stay in the conversation! The spacious lounge is the perfect hangout for your group with a large sofa arranged in a ‘u-shape’ to give your group a comfortable edge.
