Spacious Townhouse Near The Lanes
Just a 15-minute walk to both the gorgeous seafront and the boutique shopping district, this property is ideally located for hen weekends away with your closest friends. With 5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 17 guests and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room inside to enjoy yourselves.
On-street parking is available close to the property, and all towels and bed linen are provided for ease.
Two Living Areas & Kitchen Diner
The Ground Floor features a separate living area and TV room. Each room has sofas and coffee tables meaning your group can really spread out and relax. The living room also has a beautiful feature fireplace.
The Ground Floor is also home to the warm and cosy kitchen/dining area. All appliances and utensils are provided, ensuring you can cook and eat together in complete comfort. There is also a shower room with WC on this floor.
Flexible Sleeping for 17 Guests
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are situated on the first floor. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 guests in a king-size bed (with an en-suite toilet and sink), and bedrooms 2 and 3 both sleep 2 guests in double beds.
Bedroom 4 can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 triple bunk beds. These are laid out as a double bed on the bottom with a single on top.
Bedroom 5 sleeps 5 guests across 1 king-size bed and a triple bunk bed. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath on this floor.

There is a selection of beautiful parks and gardens a short walk from the house, perfect to explore in the nicer weather. Brighton is perhaps most famous for The Lanes, a collection of boutique and modern shops. You will feel the character of the narrow alleyways as you meander through and see what treasures you can find.
The property is only a 15-minute walk to the beach, where you can visit the i360 and enjoy views across the city from over 500ft.

The Copper Rooms is perfect for your very own exclusive nightclub experience.
