Just a 15 minute walk to both the gorgeous seafront and the boutique shopping district, this property is ideally located for hen weekends away with your closest friends. With 5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 17 guests and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room inside to enjoy yourselves.
On-street parking is available close to the property, and all towels and bed linen are provided for ease.
House:
The Ground Floor has a separate living area and TV room. Each room has sofas and coffee tables meaning your group can really spread out and relax. The living room also has a beautiful feature fireplace.
The Ground Floor is also home to the warm and cosy kitchen/dining area. All appliances and utensils are provided, ensuring you can cook and eat together in complete comfort.
There is a shower room with WC on this floor.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are situated on the first floor. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed, and bedrooms 2 and 3 both sleep 2 guests in double beds. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite toilet and sink.
Bedroom 4 can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 triple bunk beds. These are laid out as a double bed on the bottom with a single on top.
Bedroom 5 sleeps 5 guests across 1 king size bed and a triple bunk bed. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath on this floor.

There are a selection of beautiful parks and gardens a short walk from the house, perfect to explore in the nicer weather.
