With wonderful scenery, expansive beaches and rugged coastline it has all the key ingredients to deliver you a stag or hen party you’ll never forget. There’s a excellent top of the range hot tub and a free standing swimming pool, giving you a fantastic area to relax, there’s a gaming console and a table football table for when your group fancies getting competitive, as well as a large field if you want to enjoy some lawn games. There's even a stables on site, which would be perfect if you fancy a horse riding lesson as part of your Devon hen do package. Location

You’ll find the Devon escape hen do house, 20 miles from the popular staycation destination of Bude and 30 miles from the popular stag and hen destination, Woolacombe. Despite being in a rural location, there’s plenty of things to do and see both at the house and the surrounding villages. For starters there is a country pub only 150 yards away which serves as a great place to call your ‘local’ for your weekend away, there you can expect a good selection of beers, wines and a good selection of food on the menu. Definitely worth a visit during your Devon Hen Do.

Alongside the aforementioned facilities available at the Devon hen do house, there are some activity centres within driving distance, which offer some fantastic stag and hen do activities and some of the more popular activities include a Total Wipeout style water assault course, coasteering, disc golf, high ropes course, kayaking, surfing, stand up paddleboards and the fantastic mountain boarding. There is also another nearby water sports centre which among other activities, offers the hilarious inflatable waterpark, which is a fantastic stag and hen party activity and will have you bouncing around and laughing for a lot of the time. For the sun worshipers, the glorious Westward Ho north Devon beach is only a short 20-minute drive away, there, you’ll be able to set up camp and enjoy a day on the beach or take a stroll. As you would expect in a seaside town there’s plenty of bars and restaurants in the area to keep you fed and watered.

Getting to the Devon Escape is very easy when following a sat nav and on arrival you’ll find parking for up to 6 cars.

The House

Kitchen & Dining Area

The kitchen area is big and features a central island. It’s rustic styled cupboards punctuated by a large American style fridge freezer, perfect for storing your suppliers and all important beers and prosecco. Everything you could possibly need for your Devon Stag or Hen Do is included with the property, including cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. This large open plan space includes a dining area and some sofas so you can keep the designated cook within the group refreshed and in good company. There are double doors leading out to the well-manicured garden and outdoors area. There's also a TV and PlayStation 3 if you fancy some gaming action as well as a table football table for when things get competitive.

Outside

The outside is well looked after and features a classic stone patio area with two large sets of garden furniture, perfect for lazing around and enjoying the summers sun on your Devon hen do. One of the most popular features of this charismatic Devon party house is the state-of-the-art hot tub and use of a free standing swimming pool, great for unwinding after a hard days partying. Adjacent there’s also a large playing field with a couple of football goals if you fancy a kick about

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Twin room (Please note this room has restricted head room in places) with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet

Bedroom 2: Twin, plus bunk bed with en-suite with shower over bath, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3: King-size bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 4: Double bed and single bed above (triple bunk) and en-suite with shower cubicle, basin and toilet

Bedroom 5: King size bed and single bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 6: Ground floor bedroom with a king and single bed and ensuite shower room with walk in shower (accessed via one step from entrance hall)

All bedlinens and towels are provided.

Lounge

The large lounge area is the perfect shape to host your Devon stag or hen do and has corner sofas along 3 walls. A wall mounted Tv and log burner decorates the 4 ^th wall making movie nights comfortable. Alternatively, the lounge area would make an ideal space for hosting any of our amazing in-house stag and hen activities, some of our popular ones include a Comedy Roast, which sees a jobbing professional comedian come to the property to roast the stag (or hen) You can create your own scent with the amazing and unique Perfume Making or enjoy a murder mystery evening with live professional actors, and much more.
