Contemporary Central Party House
Located in Brighton city centre, this house sleeps up to 16 guests. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a real flame fire, this property really does feel like a home away from home. WiFi is available and all bed linen and towels are provided. Just 10 minutes from the beach and with stunning views of the sea, this property is the ideal getaway for both stag and hen parties.

Open Plan Living & LED Kitchen
The First Floor features an expansive open plan space with glass doors connecting to the kitchen. In the lounge there are 2 single sofa beds for 2 guests, as well as a comfy sofa to chill out on. In this area there is also a 16-seater oak dining table, ideal to gather together for a great dining experience with friends.
The kitchen is very trendy, with glittering worktops, in-built colour change LED lighting and all the luxury appliances you may need, including a dishwasher, 2 fridges and a freezer. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine and a third fridge—plenty of space for the wine!
Flexible Sleeping for 16 Guests
The accommodation is laid out across multiple floors:
Ground Floor:
Bedroom One – Sleeps 6 guests in 2 triple sleeper beds. It has a large en-suite family bathroom which includes a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. There is also a brand new shower room with a separate WC on this floor.
Second Floor:
Bedrooms Two and Three – Both sleep 4 with 1 triple sleeper and a single bed in each.
(Please note the triple sleeper is a double bunk bed with a single bunk above).
There is no parking at the property due to its central location. The nearest car park is just a short walk or there are on-street meters close by.
Location: Near i360 & Beach
As the house is named after one of Brighton’s best loved attractions, the British Airways i360 would be a great activity during your stay. From the top you can enjoy stunning views across the city at over 500ft. You also have the option of enjoying a glass of fizz or an afternoon tea at the i360 beachfront restaurant.
Just half an hour’s drive from your accommodation you can bring out your competitive side with a Go Karting experience. Race around the track with your friends and experience a thrill-seeking ride!
A Bottomless Brunch is the perfect way to get the party started with your closest friends. Including a tasty main course and unlimited cocktails or beer, a boozy dining experience is a great way to unwind nearby.
