Walking into this converted farmhouse, you’ll instantly feel at home. The entire vibe is welcoming and has a traditional living room with comfy sofas, a **Log Burner**, and a TV, so sitting back and relaxing is easy the moment you arrive!

Located just a twenty-minute drive from the centre of **York**, Rustic Charm is surrounded by... well... rustic charm! In short, it’s a perfect location for any hen do—quiet enough that you won’t disturb anyone if it gets a little loud and lairy, but well located enough that taxis are easily bookable to take you out to visit the centre of York if you fancy a night out.

Yes, it’s true. As if Rustic Charm didn’t have enough going for it, there’s a **Private Bar** on site! Containing a bar, a lounge area with a wood burner, and Sky TV, it’s one of the high points of this property.
There is also a **Pool Table** and a **Dartboard** in the bar area. Whether you want to have a few drinks and chat away, get competitive in rounds of killer pool, or stick on a film, the private bar on-site will give you the space to do any of this. In fact, many groups spend almost every day in the bar, because once you’ve got comfy, why would you need to go anywhere else?
Farmhouse Kitchen
The property has a fully equipped kitchen for everything you and the girls might need to cook over the weekend. Whether you are planning an elaborate banquet or just need somewhere to bash together bacon sandwiches in the morning, it’ll suit every requirement. It’s also big enough that you could hire a **Private Chef** to come in and cook for you.
Flexible Sleeping (Main House & Woodshed)
There are two bedrooms in the main house, each of which has bunk beds to give you that cosy, group weekend away feeling.
There’s also a third bedroom in the **Woodshed**, which is a standalone bedroom just behind the property. This contains a double bed and two singles, so you’ll all have somewhere comfy to sleep and somewhere to call your own throughout the weekend away.
There is a fully featured bathroom containing a bath and a shower and all the other facilities you’d expect, so there won’t be any issues when you are all getting ready to go out.
Garden with Hot Tub & BBQ
The first thing you’ll notice outside is the gorgeous views of the stunning Yorkshire countryside. You’ll be pleased to hear that the patio has a generous amount of seating for you to sit back and take in the view.
There is also the option for a BBQ outside, and the crown jewel of this property is the **Hot Tub**. Yes, that’s right, you and the girls will have your own private hot tub in the garden where you can enjoy a drink and relax while breathing in that clean Yorkshire air.
