Certainly, no trip is complete without trying the local fish and chips at some point over your stay. Brighton pier and beach are close by to walk off those late nights and you can visit the coffee bars or smoothie bars to get your caffeine or health kick for the day, before readying yourself for the next activity.

When you first walk in, you will be blown away by the beautifully designed kitchen and dining area. With its open plan style and high ceiling, effective lighting, and impressive rustic dining table, this party house lends itself perfectly to a night full of party games with the perfect sized dancefloor for when the rhythm takes over the socialising.
The expansive seating area in the living room is inviting and comfortable, with a TV and board games available for those chillout hours when you need downtime to recuperate. The rustic style interior is immaculate throughout the whole house and the exquisite bathrooms have a beautifully tiled decor. Make sure you experience each one throughout your stay!
Modern Kitchen & Dining for 28
The kitchen in The Arches is the hub of the home; it is fully equipped with everything you will need for your weekend and appliances are integrated to really enhance the modern style. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob, and of course a kettle, toaster, and microwave. A coffee machine and hot water dispenser will start your days off with a hit of caffeine, and a drinks trolley brings extra flair to your party when you’re ready to get the cocktails flowing.
The stylish white and grey kitchen features an island to separate it from the adjoining dining area. There is also a huge American-style fridge freezer to fill with yummy goodies for your stay and even a wine cooler.
The dining area includes a huge, long dining table to seat up to 28 people which makes for the perfect social space for games and mealtimes. Daytime crafts and games can easily be pictured here, with an easy transformation into the nighttime activity once the lights are dimmed and the music is turned up.
Flexible Sleeping Arrangements
The rustic wooden and polished white theme runs through flawlessly to the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Double sofa bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 x double beds, with clothing storage and beautiful lighting.
Bedroom 3: 2 x double beds, with ensuite.
Bedroom 4: 1 x double bed, 1 x double sofa bed.
There are also two double sofa beds in the living room which can open up should the extra room be required. Each room has its own unique and inviting style to steal you away into a dreamworld once you rest your head at the end of each day. There is a toilet or bathroom on each floor of the living areas, and plenty of mirrors dotted about so there will be enough room for everyone to get ready.
Private Roof Terrace
Lastly, we mustn’t forget the darling little Roof Terrace on the top floor of this lovely accommodation. There is a table and four chairs up here and it is completely sheltered from any wind, making this the perfect little space to bring up your morning coffee if you are one of the first to rise. You just may have to clear away the remnants from anyone using this area at the end of the night before!
