You only have to look at the features to see how this would make the perfect venue for your weekend. The outside area is spacious and comes with some cool features to help you relax. The interior is decorated with a rustic yet modern twist, and the hard surfacing throughout means spillages are an easy wipe!
There’s a games room with a full-on Sky package and a state-of-the-art **Hot Tub**. The bedrooms are spacious so you’ll never feel cramped, there are Bluetooth soundbars available so you can put some of your favourite tunes on, and Wi-Fi is available throughout so you can stay connected.

Although many of our parties choose to spend most of their weekend at the property, many like to journey further afield to enjoy the sights and sounds of one of the nearby towns.
**Newcastle** is only a short 15-minute drive or taxi ride away. There you can enjoy its famous and fabulous nightlife along with the many activities that Newcastle has to offer. You’ll also find an abundance of restaurants, high street shops and shopping centres if you want to enjoy a bit of retail therapy.
Near to the property, you’ll find some country pubs offering a good selection of menu choices along with chilled wines and beer. There is plenty of parking onsite at the accommodation so you don’t need to worry about paying to park!
Lounge with Log Burner
The lounge area has an **Open Fire** which makes for a beautiful feature, particularly on those cooler evenings. The wall-mounted TV also has a good TV package so you’ll never miss your favourite show or the big match. There are some charismatic ‘weathered’ sofas that really add to the charm of the lounge.

The **Games Room** is ideal for when your party fancies getting a little competitive. The room includes a **Pool Table** and **Darts Board** and has a TV on the wall with the Sky Sports package, so you won’t have to miss your team in the big match.

The kitchen area has all the gizmos and gadgets your group would need for the weekend, from the all-important fridge freezer to keep your beer or prosecco chilled to the kettle for that refreshing morning brew. The dining room is a good size with some seating available for your group to relax in, or maybe play some games.

The property comes with a good-sized outside space, perfect for lazing around on those sunny days. There is a superb **Pergola Area** which comes with a couple of stylish loungers, bench seating, and outdoor couches.
There is more seating available with a sizable rustic patio set on the decking near the brick-built **Fire Pit**, cleverly situated to keep you cosy once the sun goes down. The state-of-the-art **Hot Tub** is also a popular feature which will surely prove to be a hit with your party.
For those that fancy a kick-around, there is a football goal and a table tennis table. A barbeque is available for you to make use of on those summer evenings.
