Country Cottage with Hot Tub
The Idyllic Peak District Party House is everything its name suggests. From its charismatic stone walls—both on the outside façade and the exposed stone feature walls within—to the well-manicured and spacious grounds, this really is everything you would envision a country cottage to be. It can be yours for the weekend to celebrate your upcoming wedding with your nearest and dearest friends and family.
Location: Peak District Border
Nestled on the border of the fantastic Peak District, this house is perfect for groups seeking some sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of town or city life. This leafy village makes for the perfect getaway.
Despite being relatively rural, there are plenty of things to see, do, and explore. There are activity centres offering fantastic and challenging activities such as High Ropes Courses, Assault Courses, and Gorge Scrambling. For more leisurely pursuits, you can find Paddle Boarding or Horse Riding. Alternatively, try out some classic traditional countryside pursuits like Clay Pigeon Shooting or a day at the races.
We also offer a fantastic range of in-house activities. Some of our most popular include a Murder Mystery evening with live actors or a hilarious Courtroom Comedy Roast. If you’re more into your arts and crafts, you can create your own fascinators or even design your own perfume.
Garden with Hot Tub & Views
The stunning garden area extends from the side of the house. The patio area and garden itself are slightly elevated, so you get incredible panoramic views of the surrounding rolling hills and countryside.
There is a large garden furniture set on the patio, perfect for groups who would like to enjoy some mealtimes outside. Rattan-style furniture around the side of the house is perfect for relaxing, playing some games, and enjoying some ice-cold drinks in the sunshine. Don't forget the large **Hot Tub** that can accommodate up to 8 hens!
Lounge & Games Room
The lounge area is warm and cosy and comes with a **Wood Burner**, which is perfect for those cooler evenings. There are comfy sofas and chairs on which to relax, plus a large wall-mounted TV with surround sound for movie nights. The bi-fold doors leading to the garden almost feel like a picture frame and really add to the whole ambience.
Those that like pub games will be happy to hear that in the room adjacent to the lounge is a **Games Room** that comes with a full-size **Pool Table**. It is perfect for when things get competitive!
Open Plan Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen and dining area is a great example of open-plan living and really helps keep the party together when you have people on cooking duty. The fully equipped kitchen is both functional and a great place for getting together and having a chat whilst your designated chef is preparing a feast. You can expect all the mod cons here, with plenty of storage space and a sizable fridge freezer to keep your drinks ice cold.
5 Bedrooms (Sleeps 14)
The Idyllic Cottage has five bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 guests. Each room is well decorated to keep in line with the rest of the house. Each bedroom also comes with its own TV, and the beds can be configured so your hen do can all have single beds if you want.
The main bedroom has the luxury of an en-suite wet room complete with a superb **Massage Shower**, so make sure the hen claims that bedroom first! Bedroom five also has the luxury of en-suite facilities. The three bathrooms in the property are simply stunning and look like they’ve just come out of a magazine.
