Luxury Converted Barn on the Edge of the Peaks
For a hen do, you need something super special as your base. A hotel is fine, but they can feel a little impersonal. Why not push the boat out and go for something more unique, more luxurious?

Tree View is located in the most stunning part of the country, on the edge of the **Peak District National Park**. This means that you can enjoy some stunning views and the blissful peacefulness that you get when you are staying somewhere surrounded by gorgeous countryside.
Even better, it is only about an hour from **Nottingham**, so as well as having the peace and quiet that comes with a countryside property, you have easy access to many hen do activities and a great selection of nightlife if you fancy a day trip.
Modern Kitchen & Open Plan Dining
A hen do survives on its stomach, so the Kitchen is always vitally important. Although this may be a converted barn, the kitchen is nothing short of first-rate. It has all of the mod cons and facilities you’d expect of any exciting modern property. Whether you just need somewhere to make the coffee or whether you want to hire a **Private Chef** and have him cook you a luxurious meal, this kitchen will meet those requirements.
For dining, there is an open-plan dining area designed to accommodate all of the guests when a meal is being served. A long table provides plenty of space for everyone to sit and chat about everything on their minds.

Obviously when trying to sleep sixteen guests, bedrooms are vital. Tree View has seven bedrooms (all en-suite), to make sure that all guests feel the luxury of the property.

Bedroom 3: One double bed or Two single beds with en-suite wet room (adapted for wheelchair use).
Bedroom 4: One double bed or Two single beds with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 5: One Double bed or Two single beds, two bunk beds, and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 6: One double bed or Two single beds with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 7: One double bed or Two single beds with en-suite shower room.
Lounge & Mezzanine Games Room
Next to the dining area downstairs is the living room area. This is open plan and contains a selection of comfy seats, a coffee table, and a TV. It is flanked on one side by full-height glass doors to the terrace outside, so it is always a bright and lovely place to sit and relax.
Meanwhile, upstairs (and overlooking the lounge area) is the **Games Room**. This is on a mezzanine level so that you can see everyone downstairs. It features a **Pool Table** and a **Table Football** table as well as yet more comfy seating, ensuring that it is a great breakout area for a smaller part of the group to go up and get a little competitive.
Terrace, Fire Pit & Hot Tub
The terrace outside the windows of the open-plan living room is an essential part of this house as it provides the perfect place for you to sit and relax and take in the gorgeous views. The terrace itself is populated with a wide array of comfortable outdoor furniture, as well as a **Fire Pit** to keep you warm (and keep your marshmallows toasted) as the sun sets.
There is one more surprise on the terrace: a **Private Hot Tub** for you and the girls to relax in. You can sit there with a drink in hand, looking out at the stunning views and chatting away until the small hours.
