Perfect for hen and stag dos alike, this fantastic Peak District accommodation is ideal for groups who want to get away from busy day-to-day lives and head out into the country. It is perfect for groups who are up for exploring the famous Peak District but equally great for those who crave a slice of outdoors adventure while being close enough to enjoy a night out in nearby cities.
The Swallow Two party house is perfectly located on the outskirts of the Peak District, only a short drive to the nearby city of **Derby**. This charming accommodation sleeps up to twelve guests and is the perfect base to discover the surrounding areas or **Alton Towers**.
From stepping foot inside the property to the breathtaking views from the grounds outside, you will feel inspired by the grandeur of the Swallow Two. Amenities include a **Private Hot Tub**, a patio area with BBQ facilities, and an **Outdoor Pool** in the summer months (shared with the neighbouring property).
Location: Near Carsington Water
Located near the water's edge of **Carsington Water** deep in the Derbyshire Dales, this fabulously modern cottage is a gateway to the Peak District. From here you can explore the local villages, bike paths, and hiking routes.
Carsington Water is a reservoir and a major hub for leisure activities such as walking, cycling (cycle hire is available), fly fishing, sailing, canoeing, and windsurfing. The market town of **Wirksworth** is nearby, with various shops and eateries should you wish to adventure there.
Contemporary Farmhouse Interiors
The inside is decorated in a contemporary farmhouse style. Characterized by wooden beams in the ceiling and wooden farmhouse chic doors, the evenings will be cosy and comfortable sinking into the deep cushions of the living room sofas.
The open plan living area has a large TV and DVD player, and the dining area has two long solid oak tables and leather chairs for seating. Browns and blacks dominate the colour scheme here, inviting you to escape for a cosy read in the armchairs or use the area to gather and socialise with drinks and nibbles.
Modern Kitchen
The kitchen is finished in a modern sophisticated style with integrated appliances. It has everything you need for the Jamie Oliver of your crew to cook up a storm for breakfast! There is an integrated fridge freezer you can keep fully stocked and all the crockery, plates, pans, and glassware you will need for your stay.

There are five lovely bedrooms, each delightfully named after a bird. All the bedrooms have en-suites attached to give that classy edge to each room—plus plenty of room for getting ready in the evening.

Within the garden area of Swallow Two, you will have access to your own **Private Patio Area** with BBQ facilities and of course the wonderful **Hot Tub**. It’s the perfect outdoor social hub to gaze up at the stars or enjoy a glass of fizz.
