Situated in the fashionable North Laine area of Brighton, this large Brighton hen do accommodation plays perfect host to your weekend. Sleeping up to 18 people in well-decorated spacious rooms, this superb accommodation is in the perfect location to enjoy everything Brighton city centre has to offer.

Brighton is packed with activities. Escape rooms, bottomless brunches, cocktail making, Zorb football, and VIP drinks packages in nightclubs are very popular and easily accessible from the accommodation. Location: Near Train Station & Independent Shops

This classic townhouse is spread over 4 floors and is easily found on arrival in the city. The nearby train station gives easy access if any of your group are planning to come by train, but for those that prefer to drive, there are car parks available nearby as well as paid on-street parking.

The property’s central location gives your group perfect access to everything Brighton has to offer. If retail therapy is on your to-do list, then Brighton is the perfect place, with the city loaded with high street brands and independent retailers. If you are after something a little more bohemian, we highly recommend a visit to the nearby North Laine area which is packed with bespoke boutiques and artisan offerings.

It may come as no surprise that after dark the city really comes to life. For groups looking to dance the night away, there is a fantastic range of pubs, bars, and clubs within easy reach, offering everything from craft beers to VIP drinks packages.

The large kitchen is perfect to sit down together and enjoy a meal if you’re planning to dine in. With enough seats for everyone in the group, the space also gives you the option to bring in one of our Private Chefs to whisk you up a delicious 2 or 3-course meal. The ladies may wish to get in a Cheeky Butler to serve the food and keep the wine topped up!

The large kitchen has been configured to cater for larger groups and benefits from 2 kettles, 2 toasters, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. All cutlery, crockery, and glassware is provided for your group to use.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The 4 spacious bedrooms make for a comfortable sleeping arrangement with a mix of singles, doubles, bunks, and sofa beds.

There are 4 bathrooms spread across the first three floors. The ground floor has a toilet for your convenience, the 1st floor has two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other a separate shower), and the 2nd floor has a separate shower.
