The Ground Floor incorporates a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the appliances and utensils you could need. The lounge has a sofa, coffee table and smart TV, making it a great spot to relax before hitting the town.

Lower Ground Floor
Bedroom One – Triple bunk bed (double bed at the bottom & a single at the top).
Bedroom Two – Double bed (can be converted into 2 single beds on request).
There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink on this floor.
Ground Floor
Bedroom Three – Double bed. There is a gorgeous bathroom on this floor with a WC and shower over the bath.
First Floor
Bedroom Four – Triple bunk bed.
Bedroom Five – Bunk bed sleeping 2.
The third bathroom is located on this floor and includes a WC with a shower over the bath.
Second Floor
Bedroom 6 – Double bed (can convert into two singles). Includes a desk and chair.
All bedrooms include a hanging rail, hairdryer and full-length mirror.
Location: Near Station & Nightlife
A bar crawl is the perfect way to explore the city’s nightlife with a few drinks. Your group can book a guide who will show you the sights and take plenty of photos that you can look back on. You will also have exclusive free entry to the clubs you will visit during the bar crawl.
For a more relaxing activity, an afternoon tea is a lovely idea. You can sit back, relax and indulge in some tasty treats such as scones and sandwiches. A visit to one of Brighton’s popular comedy clubs is a great way to spend an evening.
