A stone’s throw from Brighton train station, this property is very easy to find and get to. Laid out over 3 floors, this house boasts 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping a maximum of 12 guests.

This property is beautifully decorated inside, but don’t take our word for it, check out the images above and see for yourself, after all, they say a picture is worth a thousand words! The house is decorated with bold colours and a contemporary feel. Only a 20 minute walk to the seafront, and 10 minutes to Brighton’s renowned bars and restaurants, it’s the perfect choice for a seaside getaway.

House:

Lower Ground Floor

Bedroom One – Consists of a triple bunk bed (double bed at the bottom & a single at the top).

Bedroom Two – This room holds a double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on request.

On this floor there is a shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Ground Floor

This floor incorporates a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the appliances and utensils you could need. The lounge has a sofa, coffee table and smart TV.

Bedroom Three – There is a double bed in the room.

There is a gorgeous bathroom on this floor with a WC and shower over the bath.

First Floor

Bedroom Four – Has a triple bunk bed (double bed at the bottom & a single at the top).

Bedroom Five – Has a bunk bed that sleeps 2 guests.

The third bathroom is located on this floor and includes a WC with a shower over the bath.

Second Floor

Bedroom 6 – Holds a double bed that can convert into two singles if required. This room also includes a desk and chair.

All bedrooms include a hanging rail, hairdryer and full-length mirror.

Location:

A bar crawl is the perfect way to explore the city’s nightlife with a few drinks. Your group will have your very own tour guide who will show you the sights and take plenty of photos that you can look back on. At each bar you will be given a welcome shot and there are some great drink deals to be had at each venue. You will also have exclusive free entry to the clubs you will visit during the bar crawl.

For a more relaxing activity, an afternoon tea is a lovely idea. You can sit back, relax and indulge in some tasty treats such as scones and sandwiches.
