Perfect for stags and hens. This 2-story, absolute ‘Tardis’ of a party house is situated in the fashionable Kemptown area of Brighton, above a funky bar with a large artistic beer garden. This is definitely the house of choice for any group that is planning to spend the majority of their time out and about enjoying the many activities and vibrant nightlife Brighton has to offer.

With its private entrance, once you go in you’ll find a modern, colourfully decorated apartment suitable for large groups of up to 22 people. Large rooms ensure that everyone has more than enough room to lounge around and sleep comfortably. On arrival, you’ll find a virtual concierge tablet that gives you information about the property and what’s in the local area, as well as being able to order taxis and takeaways.

Prime Location: 100m from the Beach

This is one of the closest accommodation options we have to the beach—in fact, it’s less than 100 meters away! This property is near everything you could possibly need. Along with its award-winning beaches, the famous **Palace Pier** is only a short walk along the promenade. The property also benefits from being close to independent and chain bars, restaurants, pubs, and clubs so you won’t have to walk very far to go out or, more importantly, get back.

If retail therapy is your bag, it’s available right on your doorstep with an abundance of independent retailers around the city. One of the more popular shopping areas is **The Lanes**, featuring independent bohemian retailers and artisan bars among its mazy cobbled streets—very much worth a visit.

The house is easy to find and is close to some surface car parks, and there is paid on-street parking available throughout Kemptown.

Flexible Sleeping for 24 Guests

You won’t ever be far away from a bed in this party house. It has a whopping 5 bedrooms to sleep up to 24 people comfortably. The rooms are currently configured as below. All beds are good quality and all linen and towels are provided.

Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom on the 1st floor, large enough for six single beds.
Bedroom 2: Two single bunks and a further single (sleeping five).
Bedroom 3: Another large bedroom with 2 single bunks and a further 2 singles (sleeping six).
Bedroom 4: Twin room with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 5: Located on the ground floor with a single bunk and 3 further single beds.

Social Living & Dining

The spacious lounge has a large sofa and a handful of chairs to help your group relax. There is also a coffee table and flatscreen TV for you to use.

The property benefits from having a large Kitchen Diner. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. It also includes all crockery, cutlery, and glassware. The dining area has a large dining table, perfect for getting everyone together before hitting the town.

Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms across the two floors, with two having a shower and the third containing a bath and over-bath shower.
