Set within the **Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)**, unlimited parking is available here. Within an hour's drive, you have the Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks or **Exeter** if you want to explore the city. Some fantastic woodland walks are ready to be explored right out your doorstep and there is also some excellent fishing available nearby if you’re so inclined.
Hot Tub & Sun Deck
The house includes a fantastic **Hot Tub** which is set into the patio area along with deck chairs and sun loungers making it the perfect social hub as you relax and watch the sun setting from the comfort of your villa.
The garden space for this countryside chalet is spacious and secluded. The views speak for themselves and with lots of grass area to play about and plan games and activities on, you can have endless fun here. With the whole countryside as a backdrop, photos and memories made here will last a lifetime! Ten acres of plot to discover beckons games like scavenger hunts, hide and seek, or bounce about on the trampoline for proper childhood fun!

As soon as you step onto the glamourous wooden-built property of The Lakehouse, you will be blown away by the beauty both from the exterior and the inside. The lounge is the first room you enter, with high angled ceilings, underfloor heating, and a feature fireplace with a flue that goes all the way up to the roof.
Bi-fold doors open up from here to the outside decking area with the most incredible views. The lounge then leads through to the dining table; a gorgeous thick wooden masterpiece that seats everyone comfortably around the room.
