Shuffleboard hen do weekends

Shuffleboard is like a tabletop version of Curling, only without the skates and ice! Picture a long narrow rectangle shaped table polished like a bowling alley and you'll have a good idea of the arena! The rules and premise of Shuffleboard will seem very familiar if you are an avid watcher of Winter Olympics, in particular the Curling. A number of scoring zones are placed at the end of the table and players take turns in sliding their hammers or pucks down the table into the scoring zones. Alternatively you can use them to knock their opponents hammers out of the scoring zones or off the table and even to 'guard' one of your scoring hammers! All sounds very easy but this game will definitely test your abilities in what can only be described as a proper Pub Sport!
