The property provides plenty of space for guests, both inside and outside, and the central location of this villa is one of its most important features, with Bournemouth town centre and Bournemouth beach being very accessible, only a few minutes’ walk away. There is off road parking for three cars and the rear garden of the property is enclosed and provides furniture for sitting out, a barbeque and pizza oven, and for the icing on the cake there is a six seater hot tub for your enjoyment.

Location

This property is located just on the outskirts of the Bournemouth town centre, about 600m from the town square. The property is on a residential road a short walk from Bournemouth Triangle, with its variety of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Bournemouth beach, with its seven miles of golden sands is also only a few minutes’ walk from the property. The Craigs is handily located close to access to the Bournemouth ring road, making it easy to reach of your Bournemouth Stag do and Hen weekend activities. Whether you are planning to be partying hard in town or just relaxing for the weekend, this party house will provide you with the ideal venue to celebrate your upcoming nuptials in Bournemouth.

Ground Floor

Living Room

This large room is absolutely ideal for socialising and has comfortable settees and a central table. Hens will find this room particularly suitable for a ladies night in and this room practically screams for the addition of a Cheeky Butler for that ladies night to remember. For the Stags there is a large flat screen TV if anyone needs to catch up with the football and the table in the middle of the room!

Dining Room

This room is ideal for getting together with the rest of your group for a meal. It’s space would host any of our amazing ‘in-house’ activities that you can book alongside this stag and hen do party house. A selection of which include, Psychic hen nights, Cheeky cocktail masterclasses and murder mystery meals that come with Private chef and live actors. A superb social space for your stag or hen do.

Kitchen

A fully equipped fitted kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster is provided for those groups who wish to cater for themselves. This kitchen is also useful for those groups who would like to organise a private chef to cook for them and provides all the pots, pans and utensils that you could need.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - This ground floor bedroom is a good size, offers a double bed and overlooks the rear patio area. There is a sink in the room.

Bedrooms 2 - This ground floor room with a sink provides plenty of accommodation in the form of three set of bunk beds.

First Floor

Bedroom 3 - This first floor bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a sink and plenty of storage.

Bedroom 4 - This room is furnished with two sets of bunkbeds and a sink.

Bedroom 5 - This contains two sets of bunkbed and a sink.

Bedroom 6 - This room continues the trend set by the previous two rooms. It also boasts two sets of bunkbeds to maximise the space available.

Second Floor

Bedroom 7 - Situated at the top of the house, this room is furnished with a single bed.

Outside

To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden perfect for those summer evening get togethers. Lawn furniture is provided, as are barbeque facilities and a pizza oven for those perfect homemade pizzas. The outdoor area is finished with a hot tub which is available for guests to use.
