Intro
Bournemouth gets a lot of plaudits and that’s unsurprising considering the town gets above average temperatures year-round and its award winning beaches that stretch for miles. And it’s along those miles of golden sands you’ll find the hidden gems that are the Boscombe and Southbourne areas of Bournemouth. Nestled between these two parts of the town and a short walk along a charming woodland path you’ll find this fantastic stag and hen party house. A 1930s built family home with 4 spacious bedrooms that sleeps 16 guests comfortably.
Location
The properties location is perfect for beachgoers, and you’ll find the clifftop and the paths down to the beach a short walk away. Southbourne itself is a fantastic night out with our personal favourites being the Brewhouse and Kitchen and the Ludo Lounge. Southbourne has a number of other pubs bars and restaurants and is definitely worth exploring one day/evening if you’re not planning a night out in Bournemouth town centre. Bournemouth can be reached easily from Pokesdown station, which, is a short walk away or via a short cab ride. Bournemouth is chocked full of restaurants, bars and clubs and it’s nightlife is legendary. According to Wikipedia, Bournemouth has more bars and clubs per square mile than Soho London, so you know it’s going to be a memorable night out. Stag and hen do activities are readily available to book as part of your package with escape rooms, bottomless brunches, dance classes and bubble mayhen being very popular for hen dos and the stags can enjoy beer or whiskey tasting, indoor axe throwing, Zorb football, party boats and much more is available in the town.
The House
Outside
The outside space is definitely one of the highlights with this stag and hen do accommodation. The large private South-easterly rear garden is the perfect sun trap for those looking to enjoy the summertime, the area is perfect for those summer BBQs. The front of the house has a 14 ft sunken trampoline if anyone fancies having a bounce or two!

This huge living area is perfect for all your guests to relax and unwind and easily has enough seating for all your group. The large wall mounted telly ensures you won’t miss the big match or an episode of your favourite show, just remember your streaming passwords or IPTV stick! The large corner sofa makes for an eye-catching and very comfortable feature of the lounge and any musicians will appreciate the baby grand piano. The lounge is big enough to enjoy any of our in-house stag and hen do activities that can be hosted in the accommodation with Murder Mystery meals that include a private chef and professional actors proving very popular. Other popular activities include, include, Nude Life Drawing, Cheeky Butlers, strippers and Psychic Hen nights just to name a few.
