Coastal Hen Party House Near Southbourne
Bournemouth gets a lot of plaudits and that’s unsurprising considering the town gets above-average temperatures year-round and boasts award-winning beaches that stretch for miles. Along those miles of golden sands, you’ll find the hidden gems that are the Boscombe and Southbourne areas.
Nestled between these two parts of the town and a short walk along a charming woodland path you’ll find this fantastic stag and hen party house. It is a 1930s-built family home with 4 spacious bedrooms that sleeps 16 guests comfortably.
Location: Walk to the Beach
The property's location is perfect for beachgoers, and you’ll find the clifftop and the paths down to the beach just a short walk away. Southbourne itself is a fantastic night out with our personal favourites being the Brewhouse and Kitchen and the Ludo Lounge. Southbourne has a number of other pubs, bars, and restaurants and is definitely worth exploring one evening if you’re not planning a night out in Bournemouth town centre.
Bournemouth can be reached easily from Pokesdown station, which is a short walk away, or via a short cab ride. Bournemouth is chock-full of restaurants, bars, and clubs, and its nightlife is legendary. According to Wikipedia, Bournemouth has more bars and clubs per square mile than Soho London, so you know it’s going to be a memorable night out!

Large Garden with Sunken Trampoline
The outside space is definitely one of the highlights of this accommodation. The large private South-easterly rear garden is the perfect sun trap for those looking to enjoy the summertime, and the area is perfect for those summer BBQs. The front of the house even has a **14ft Sunken Trampoline** if anyone fancies having a bounce or two!
Spacious Living Area with Grand Piano
This huge living area is perfect for all your guests to relax and unwind and easily has enough seating for all your group. The large wall-mounted telly ensures you won’t miss the big match or an episode of your favourite show. The large corner sofa makes for an eye-catching and very comfortable feature of the lounge, and any musicians will appreciate the **Baby Grand Piano**.
The lounge is big enough to enjoy any of our in-house activities that can be hosted in the accommodation, with Murder Mystery meals (including a private chef and professional actors) proving very popular. Other popular activities include Nude Life Drawing, Cheeky Butlers, and Psychic Hen nights.
