Spread over four floors this modern contemporary stag and hen accommodation not only serves as an excellent base to go and enjoy Brighton city centre but is also spacious enough to lounge around and relax with your friends. There are so many options available for stag and hen do activities in the nearby area with Zorb Football, Bottomless Brunches, Bar Crawl Beauties and Horse Racing being very popular with the added advantage of being close to the accommodation, however this large stag and hen do accommodation also has the advantage of being spacious enough to host some of our popular stag and hen do activities at the property with Whiskey or Beer tasting, Nude life drawing and Psychic reading being very popular for groups.

Location

Having a city centre location gives this property a distinct advantage as it’s wining walking distance or easy reach to most of the activities and nightlife that Brighton has to offer. It’s right in the heart of the city centre close to everything a stag or hen weekend could possibly want. Hens who may appreciate some retail therapy will be able to take advantage of its location with the nearby shopping centre, high street and famous Lanes Market being only a short 10 minutes’ walk away so you can spend some of your hen party exploring the independent bespoke boutiques to find that special bargain. The famous pier and its beaches are only a 20-minute walk away and are another famous landmark in Brighton’s repertoire and a fantastic part of the city to explore, so whether you are looking to soak up the sun and relax on the beach with your friends or explore all the pier has to offer, it’s a great place to spend some time during your stag or hen weekend.

Getting to the property is easy regardless of whether you are planning to travel to the city by car or train. The train station is a short 5 minute walk away from the house and for those that drive, it’s worth mentioning Brighton is pretty notorious for parking or the lack of it, London Road has a car park which should be the first one to check due to its proximity to the property and there is also a car park close to the Lanes, however, be warned you may have to queue for a while to get a space, paid street parking is also available, so if you see a space, grab it!

The House

Outside

Definitely one the most popular features of this large stag and hen party house is it’s large roof terrace. Offering beautiful panoramic city views makes for a perfect Insta piccie. The outside space doesn’t stop there, 2 of the bedrooms have En-suite balconies which are a great place to sit and have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning for a moment of quiet time.

Bedrooms

All the large bedrooms are well decorated and are designed with comfort in mind. There are a mix of triple bunk beds, a large double bed on the lower floor with comfortable single chair sofa beds throughout the bedrooms to give you the perfect blend of space and function.

Lounge

The large spacious lounge is perfect for getting together for relaxing or entertaining with any stag and hen games you have planned or you’re having some activities within the property. The feature wall of the lounge gives out a party vibe and the property overall serves as excellent base for your Brighton hen or stag weekend.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen which has been thoughtfully equipped with larger group sizes in mind, comes with all the white goods and appliances you could possibly need for your weekend away as well as cutlery.

Bathrooms

There are plenty of toilets spread out over the first 3 floors, so you’ll never have to wait too long to ‘spend a penny’. The ground floor has a convenient WC, the first floor has two bathrooms one with a bath and the second one a shower. On the second floor there’s another shower ensuring you’ll never have to wait around too long for everyone to get ready to hit the town.
