This wonderfully decorated large hen party house has the wow factor as soon as you walk through the entrance. It’s vibrant colours light up throughout the house and magnifies it’s middle eastern vibe. Don’t worry lads this is definitely one for you too as this serves as a superb stag house as well.

Set out over 4 floors giving you the best mix of function and comfort the house comes with some unique features which make it stand out against other stag and hen do accommodation, firstly it’s the décor, tasteful splashes of vibrant colour real give this accommodation a party vibe. Then there’s the Mezzanine floor that overlooks the kitchen and can double up as a bit of chill out space if you need a bit of time out! Last but not least you have the giant connect four and table football which is guaranteed to get the competitive spirit going to secure the bragging rights for the weekend.

Having such a large social space has the advantage of being able to host some of our amazing activities within the accommodation. Some examples being, murder mystery night with live actors, mobile pamper treatments, cheeky butler cocktail making, private chef and nude life drawing just to name a few. This gives you the best opportunity to make the most of your hen party house rental.

Fear not lads again there’s plenty for you guys to enjoy within the accommodation too with wine or whiskey tasting, strippers, nude life drawing stitch up style or a cocktail masterclass.

Location

Brighton has something for everyone and this unique stag and hen party accommodation couldn’t be better located for your stag or hen do. Close to a huge variety of both independent and chain pubs, bars, restaurants means you won’t have very far to go to find somewhere amazing that suits your taste and style. The famous pier and Brighton beach are well worth a visit for some sunbating, chill time or simple to people watch and it’s only a short walk away. For those who want to partake in a bit of retail therapy, the word famous Lanes market is nearby, it’s bohemian vibe and mazy streets filled with independent boutiques you’ll be sure to pick out a bargain.

The house itself is easy to find and those travelling by train will be able to walk to the accommodation and for those planning on driving will need to be aware that parking in Brighton is available via paid street parking or the various car parks around the city, but expect to queue for a space and if you see one, jump on it.

The House

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has 2 triple bunk beds. With ensuite bathroom facilities including toile, sink and bath with over bath shower

There is another sleeping are on the Mezzanine level and has 1 single and 1 double futon, which, keeps with the middle eastern vibe of the property

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has one double and single bunk.

Bedroom 3 is on the first floor and has two triple bunks and en-suite facilities

Bedroom 4 is on the top floor and has 2 single beds and a relaxing tub chair

The fifth bedroom is also on the top floor and has a twin bunk and a chair bed
