Intro
Superbly presented stag and hen party house in the centre of Brighton that’s spread over 5 floors this large property is perfect for larger groups of up to 22 people.
Location
The property’s location is perfect for many reasons, sun worshippers will appreciate the short 200 metres walk to the beach. Walk a little further along the promenade you’ll find yourself at the famous Palace Pier, which is always worth a visit. Also nearby there’s the British Airways i360, which is a great opportunity to get a panoramic view over Brighton from 450 ft up in the air and enjoy a cocktail at the same time. A fantastic experience.
A shopping paradise with the Churchill shopping centre and its range of 85 brands on your doorstep but if you’re looking for something a little more unique then we highly recommend taking the short walk to the Lanes Market and exploring its mazy cobbled streets that are packed with bohemian boutiques and other artisan offerings.
The house
Roof Terrace
The jewel in the crown of this large luxury stag and hen party house is no doubt the roof terrace. A proper little sun trap which is perfect for getting a great view of the city as well as enjoying your morning cup of tea or coffee.
Bedrooms
The property has 5 bedrooms on the second and third floor, the configuration is as the below:-
Bedroom 1 is a large master bedroom with an ensuite that sleeps 5 guests in single beds. The spacious room also includes a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 is a large spacious room with three single beds.
Bedroom 3 is a good sized twin room with two single beds
Bedroom 4 is on the third floor and has three single beds and benefits from a large wardrobe for your clothes.
Bedroom 5 is a spacious triple room with three single beds.
The lounge area has some extra pull out comfortable sofa beds for the remaining members of the group.
Bathrooms
Four bathrooms which give you a great guest to bathroom ratio are spread over 5 floors. The first floor one has a toilet and sink area for convenience for those in the lounge area. The second bathroom is on the second floor and has a bath and a separate shower. The third floor has 2 bathrooms one with a bath and the other with a bath and separate shower.
Lounge
The property benefits from a huge lounge area and is the perfect social space for large groups and opens a whole range of activities that can be enjoyed ‘in house’ Murder Mysteries featuring real actors would work really well in this space as well as Nude Life drawing, Cheeky Cocktail Masterclass and Psychic hen nights being very popular. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in the group to ensure your stay is the best it can be.
Kitchen & Dining area
The kitchen and dining areas take up the entire ground floor which should be a clue as to its size, it’s huge. A fantastic social space within this stag and hen party house, the kitchen comes fully loaded with all the appliances a large group could need for a weekend in Brighton. An island in the middle of the kitchen makes for a lovely perch to keep the designated chef company whilst they’re cooking.
The large dining area includes a smart Tv and 3 large dining tables with the ability to seat all your guests. The space would be absolutely perfect for one of our private chefs to come in and prepare you a delicious 2 or 3 course meal and for a little extra sizzle why not add in one of our cheeky butlers to wait on you hand and foot.
